Re: Fouled Plugs with R&D heads

If you think it's oil fouling the plugs then check the oil pump cable and make sure it's on correctly and check the setting while you're there. The washers are to shim the sliders but I don't think...

Re: Fouled Plugs with R&D heads

Well, we compared the oil pump cable on my ultra 150 to a 2001 ultra 130 D.I. The 130 turns about 1/4 turn with the throttle all the way pulled. The 150 turns completely to the maxed out position. Are...

Well boys, I am not sure if I should start cursing, pull our an AR and start shooting my ski, or think of a good insurance scam because I have lost compression in another cylinder. So apparently, its...

Re: Fouled Plugs with R&D heads

I just pulled up the diagram on Kawasaki's website and realized that I pulled all the shimms, including the stock shimms. So I suppose your next response is going to be this leaned out the cylinder? I...

I won't be able to take the ski apart for a couple weeks. I am going to go ahead and order the piston and rings. I will post pictures on the web once I get the cylinder apart.
